Coastal Village Chronicles

Stories of change from Our Coastal Villages: Kameswaram & Vizundamavady

The initial activity of FIN started in the village called Kameswaram in the Nagapattinam district of Tamil Nadu in 2005. Since then this village has been the epicentre of many FIN activities and interventions. It has hosted many visitors from across the globe. The villagers have also participated and accepted FIN as a part of the village. In 2025, a FIN centre was opened in the neighbouring village of  Vizundamavady. Following are a few of the activities from the villages.
